Ashley Maynor has been named one of three recipients of the 2008 Southern Humanities Media Fund for completion funding for her latest documentary, For Memories’ Sake. The Southern Media Humanities Fund is dedicated to supporting artists exploring the American South and its changing cultural climate.The Arts Council of the Blue Ridge is partnering with Maynor as the fiscal agent and outreach partner for her documentary film project.
